Refunds and returns
Please choose carefully as The Garden of Paradise is not required to provide a refund or replacement when you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere later.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact The Garden of Paradise as soon as possible. We will arrange the return and a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged or faulty goods must be returned in the original condition. All parts and manual must be packed as you received it with the original packaging.
Items can not be returned:
- Clearance sale items with existing damage or defects
- Stock clearance items and floor stock clearance items
- Commercial Orders
Cancelling or Changing Orders
You can cancel your order at any time before the item has been prepared by us. In this case, you will receive a full refund. If the item has been prepared or dispatched and you still wish to cancel the purchase, you will need to arrange the return to our store. We will provide you with a refund, less any return fee.
Artificial grass can not be refunded, exchanged or replaced if the particular type of grass has been cut according to the size that customer requested. So it is customer’s responsibilities to make sure the type of grass and the dimension are correct before placing the order.
Refunds and Exchange
We can only process refunds via the original payment method. Or you can choose an exchange or store credit.
The Garden of Paradise will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the items in the original packaging.
