The Garden of Paradise is pleased to offer delivery services on weekdays and Saturdays, according to the following schedule:

• Morning deliveries typically occur between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
• Afternoon deliveries are usually arranged from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
• It’s important to note that deliveries are not available on Sundays.
• A courtesy phone call will be made prior to delivery to ensure readiness.

For your convenience, pickups are available at our location: U6 / 39 Eucumbene Dr, Ravenhall VIC 3023, from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

For smaller items, we employ the services of courier companies. Upon clearance of your payment, we endeavor to dispatch your items within 24 hours on weekdays. Typically, couriers pick up parcels from us on the next business day. Delivery within metro Melbourne generally takes 1 to 5 working days, and interstate deliveries can take 3 to 14 working days. Please understand that once an item is dispatched, we cannot control the delivery times. To assist with tracking your delivery, we provide tracking numbers for all dispatched items, allowing you to check the estimated arrival time.

Should you need expedited delivery, we recommend arranging for an express courier service to pick up your goods directly from our warehouse.

For artificial grass and materials akin to building supplies (such as rocks, soil, timber, bricks), please be aware that our delivery service is limited to your doorstep or driveway. Due to logistical reasons, we are not able to move items indoors, to the backyard, or upstairs. If you require placement in your garage and can ensure adequate assistance is available on-site, our driver will be pleased to help, provided there are sufficient people to assist with the movement.

When delivering water features, outdoor furniture, and other garden products, we aim to accommodate your preferred placement location, assuming there is easy and safe access. In instances where an item’s weight or size necessitates more than one person for delivery, we can arrange for an additional helper, albeit at an extra charge that depends on the delivery distance.
