Limited 7-Year Warranty for Artificial Grass

Warranty Coverage:

Should the Product prove defective due to material quality during the Warranty Period,or suffer from significant UV-related fading or breakdown, The Garden of Paradise will, at its discretion, either:

Replace the artificial grass (product) of the affected area at no cost to the purchaser,or issue a store credit to the purchaser, equivalent to the initial purchase cost of the Product.

Exclusions:

This Warranty does not cover:

• Minor color fading that occurs gradually over time.
• Labor costs or other materials involved in the installation, repair, or replacement of the Product.
• Issues related to the installation of the Product, including damages arising from improper installation.
• ∙Surface deterioration due to normal wear and tear, or damages caused by site- specific conditions.
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, exposure to inappropriate footwear, tobacco, chemicals, cleaning agents, fire, or floods.
• ∙Damage or melting caused by sun magnification from reflective surfaces such as tinted windows, glass, PVC screens, or other reflective materials.

To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact The Garden of Paradise in a timely manner, providing the proof of purchase, detailed photos and a description of the issue as soon as it becomes evident.
